How we work
We work with young people with childhood-onset lupus and their clinical teams at University College London Hospitals, alongside international partners including the APPLE trial investigators and the Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance (CARRA).
Our toolkit spans high-dimensional immunophenotyping, bulk transcriptomics and gene co-expression networks, serum proteomics and metabolomics, multiplex tissue imaging and machine learning. Wherever we can, we release our datasets openly so others can build on them.
